What is the main difference between the use of the words 'should & 'must '.

"must do it" implies a compulsion... there is no other choice. One is forced to do it.
"should do it" implies that there is perhaps another option. One must take it up doing it, to fulfil moral duty or moral responsibility... "should" implies that one should willingsly take up that work/action/job...
