Hey mate here your answer .
There are no tall mountains perpendicular to moist rain bearing winds to cause rainfall in UAE. All this keeps the city sunny and dry throughout the year. The little rain it receives is mostly due to Western Disturbances from the Mediterranean Sea from November to April.
Hope it helps plz mark as brainliest

United Arab Emirates or the UAE lies beside the equator, which is a reason why there is a rain deficiency.

EXPLANATION:

UAE doesn’t have mountains. Mostly the United Arab emirates stay dry and warm throughout the year, the only time it receives some amount of rain is because of some disturbances in the western disturbances in the 'Mediterranean Sea'. This disturbances in the 'Mediterranean Sea' leads to some sort of rainfall at times.
