Bog trumpet here means a concert or a public musical programme organized at Bingle Bog. The frog was boasting about himself while introducing himself to the nightingale. He was telling the nightingale that besides being a famous singer of the Bog, he also composed symphonies for the Bog shows or concerts. The nightingale was exceedingly impressed with the frog.
