Molecular mass is the sum of all the atomic masses of the substance .
So here
Atomic mass of Copper=63.5
Atomic mass of sulphur= 32
Atomic mass of oxygen= 4*16=64
So, molecular mass of CuSO4 is =63.5+32+64
=159.5
