The molecular name is –

Penta-1,3-diene

IUPAC Name –

Word Root + Position + Suffix

This comound belongs to Alkene Family.
Therefore, Suffix = ene

The longest carbon chain is of 5 carbons.
So, Word Root = Pent

There is more than 1 double bond.

So, Pent becomes Penta.
Also we use di.

According to First Rule both the double bond should be provided the lowest possible position.

Now, If we start numbering from the Right side, the double bonds get the position = 2, 4.

If we start numbering from the Left side, the double bonds get the position = 1, 3.

Position 1, 3 is correct.

Therefore

The IUPAC name becomes Penta-1,3-diene.
