What is the phenomenon in this room that made the glass in front kept, cools faster than the bottle of water?

This is because a glass is in the open area .

While in the bottle it is in the close area .

There in the close area the vapours can't go outside the bottle while the glass is in open surface.

So , it evaporates faster making it cooler .

From the air.

Most air on earth has some amount of water vapor in it. If that vapor contacts a cold enough surface, some of it will condense into liquid, forming drops on the surface. The more humid the air is, the easier it is to condense out, and the wetter the surface will get.

Note that it doesn't need to be a glass of water. Any large, cold object can do the same thing.
