each and every country has a constitution...it is a set of rules and regulations that runs the country or government.both democracy and constitution are related because a democratic country means a country where all people have equal rights and freedom....so they need to make a record of all the rights and duties a person will be provided with.the constitution can be called that record of rules and duties..so in a democratic country a constitution is a must.....
