What is the resistance of 100 meter long copper wire whose radius is 10mm given specific resistivity of copper is 1.7×10power-8?

Resistance is given as
R = ρ L / A
= ρ L / (π R²)
= 1.7 × 10^-8 × 100 / (π × (100 × 10^-3)^2))
= 5.4 × 10^-4 Ω

∴ Resistance of copper wire is 5.4 × 10^-4 Ω
