SO THAT IT PREVENTS MANY DISEASES LIKE SKIN CANCER ETC..
BUT DUE TO GLOBAL WARMIN THIS OZONE LAYER IS DECLINING AND THERE IS A HOLE ABOVE ANTARTICA..
