Gobind sagar lake is situated in Himachal Pradesh.It is a man made reservoir.It is on Sutlej river and is named in honour of Guru Gobind Singh .He is the tenth sikh guru.It is formed by the Bhakra dam.

- It is as long as 90km and it expands through an area of 170 sq km.
- It is one of the highest gravity dam. It signifies the Himalayan beauty in its truest and most raw form.
- Surrounded by lush green grasslands and mountains, it has a rich range of flora and fauna which embody the spirit of the Himalayas.
- This lake was also termed as the waterfowl refuge in the year 1962. There are a range of different sporting activities available in this place which is truly an exhilarating experience.
