RTI is very helpful for consumers
earlier the seller was in a position that he has no responsibility
and consumers find themselves in weak position
now consumers has a legal right to question the seller about the information of product
if the seller is asking more than MRP
and if he MRP is not mentioned then the producer will shift his responsibility to the seller
and we can ask for redressal if the product is damaged within the expiry date
