Answer:

1 should be in place of ? as accordingto divisiblity rule of 2 there should be an even number in ones digit and here 8 qualifies it . Now in divisiblity rule of 3 sum of all digits should be a multiple of 3

so lets add them

1 + 2 + 6 + 8 = 17

and 17 + 1 = 18 which is a multiple of 3
