What is the substance that does not contain carbon​

Usually we call the compounds without carbon as inorganic compounds ,which means not an organic compound . But there are some compounds which are termed as inorganic compounds but do have a carbon. Example carbon dioxide , carbon monoxide , CN etc. We don't consider these co2 and co as organic compounds because of the bond strength between c and o , which makes them less reactive
