The main theme which dwells in the story Kabuliwalah by Rabindranath Tagore, is the theme of friendship. The beautiful friendship is portrayed between the Kabuliwalah and Mini by the writer. The kabuliwalah and Mini shared a unique bond of friendship though he was similar to the age of mini's father. All the feelings were shared with each other. Mini being the girl who loves to talk, would go on speaking. Also apart from friendship, the relation of father-daughter is also portrayed which causes deep effects in the mind of the readers.
