The theme of the poem 'the frog and the nightingale' is that being over innocent or brainless can be disastrous for one. We should never be over innocent as we could be exploited by the shrewd people of the society.So, we should adapt ourselves to the changing environment and should have some brains to fight off the shrewd section of the society.
