been is used in the perfect continuous tenses like present perfect continuous.
ex- i have been answering questions in brainly. this explains that the subject was and is also doing some certain work and that work is in continuation.
being- this is used in the continuous tense. Mostly it is used in the passivr voice of continuous tenses.
ex-plants are being watered by me. the active form is -i am watering the plants.
