Hi !

It's  very easy to solve !!!

Just see the solution below:

13m = 12 - m

⇒ 13m + m = 12

⇒ 14m = 12

⇒ m =  \frac{12}{14}

⇒ m =  \frac{6}{7}

This is the correct answer.

( However since no option match my answer, if your question becomes  \frac{1}{3} m = 12 - m 
On solving this i.e., 

 \frac{1}{3} m = 12 - m

 \frac{1}{3} m + m = 12 

 \frac{4}{3} m = 12

⇒ 4m =  36 

⇒ m = 9

This may be the solution.
