Question

What is the work of multiple long neurons??? Why only not one ...why trillions???
And what is the main purpose of them to be too long??

neurons helps to receive and transmit the information... and for this they send impulses which needs to be transmitted to all of our body parts.And hence it is in trillions..and long for transmission to a large area..... infact for the integrative functioning of our body trillions of neurons aren't enough as it can't reach every part of our body .so for that we have endocrine system and endocrine system and nervous system together helps in Maintaining homeostasis.
