No one can control time really. You can pull the battery and make a clock stop ticking at best. When we set out to do time bound actions, we are controlled by our own decision and desire to finish the actions within the time allocated. So, time also does not control us.

Time is Distance × Speed ....xD
So acc to me no one has ever been able to control time but you can only manage it accurately . Time waits for none once it is gone its gone. It won't come again..
