→ Through circulatory system:- In humans, transportation of oxygen nutrients, hormones and other substances to the tissues, CO2 to the lungs, and waste products to the kidneys are carried out by a well-defined circulatory system.

→ Through diffusion:- In lower organisms, materials gets transferred through the process of diffusion.
