What is Tyndall Effect?

Tyndall effect is the scattering of light which is observed only in colloids. The solute particles of colloids are of perfect size to reflect the light that falls on them. So, scattering of light is seen and Tyndall effect is observed.

when a light fall on  dark room the dust particles present inside the room has risen this phenomenon is called tyndall effect
