Undo means un-doing the last action done. For example, in a word processor, if you bold some text and then undo it, the bold effect will be removed. Or, the last action you did will be undone.

Redo means re-doing the last action undone. For example, after undoing the bold command, if you redo the action, the text will again become bold.
