When magnetic field lines are parallel then magnetic force experienced by an object is same at all points in that field and such a field is called uniform magnetic field.

For example a bar magnet’s strength is greater at its poles[non uniform] however inside a solenoid the magnetic field lines are parallel.

Uniform Magnetic Field: Magnetic field is said to be uniform if the magnetic induction has the same magnitude and the same direction at all the points in the region. It is represented by drawing parallel lines (Figure)
