Water is the most abundant liquid on Earth. It covers more than 70% of the earth's surface. Including the clouds (which are, of course, also water). It is a transparent, tasteless, odorless, and nearly colorless chemical substance that is the main constituent of Earth's streams, lakes, and oceans, and the fluids of most living organisms. The human body is to a great extent composed of water, as much as 70%. Water enters into the composition of intracellular and intercellular fluids-blood, lymph, gastric and intestinal juices, cerebral fluid, fluids of eyes, ears and joints..The exchange of water is constantly going on. Water is forced through the sweat, evaporates through the skin and lungs and is excreted through urinary tract and colon. An average of 3.5 liters of water is drained away daily from the human body. Naturally, these losses have to be compensated. The necessity for the use of water is the rule of life that we must not disturb.

Hope this helps have a nice day my friend☺♥
