An aquatic plant. it is also known as terror of Bengal because it multiplies itself rapidly and absorb oxygen which is dissolve in water that causes lack of oxygen in water due to which aquatic life starts facing problem of oxygen which leads to death of aquatic life and this plant is first seen in Bengal.
