a current flowing through a circuit in which the power which is consumed is zero is called wattless current

Hey !!

When pure inductor and / or pure capacitor is connected to ac source, the current flows in the circuit, but with no power loss; the phase difference between voltage and current is π/2. Such a current is called the wattless current.
