What is your view of the future of computer ethics as derived from the lesson cybernetics?

Computer Ethics has been used as term in the past in several ways. For eg. it has been used to refer to applications of traditional western ethics theories like utilitarianism, Kantianism, or virtue ethics, to ethical cases that significantly involve computers and computer network. It also refers to a specific set of professional ethics where the computer professionals apply code of ethics and standard  of good practice within their profession. The terms cyber ethics and internet ethics is used in matters of internet. And during some past years this has grown into a hub of professional networking.
