A case can be filed in a State Commission in the following two conditions :
- (i) Where the value of goods or services and compensation claimed is more than ₹ 20 lakh but not more than ₹ 100 lakh.
- (ii) Any appeals against the order of any District Forum, within 30 days of passing of the order.
