SOLUTION :

A case can be filed in a State Commission in the following two conditions :  

  • (i) Where the value of goods or services and compensation claimed is more than ₹ 20 lakh but not more than ₹ 100 lakh.
  • (ii) Any appeals against the order of any District Forum, within 30 days of passing of the order.

✨ If the amount involved in case is more than 20 lacs but not exceeding 1 crore it can be filed with state commission and appeal against the orders of District Court can be filed with state commission.
