People who are not eligible to vote are mentioned below-

1. The predominant eligibility to vote requires a citizen to be equal to and above 18 years of old and possess a voter ID card. After completing eighteen years, the name of the candidate is to be enrolled with the election committee and then the voter ID card will be issued. So, a person below the age of eighteen years is not eligible to vote.

2. A person who does not hold citizenship in India is not entitled to cast their vote.

3. A person condemned by law and recognized holding any inappropriate record that is considered illegal cannot be enrolled as an eligible voter.
