people were decreasing land of agriculture to make home,large decrease in production of grains was also a big reason

indians population is increasing in england (one of the main factor)
decrease in price of grains (second main factor)
europeans were not interested in agriculture as a result there is less production of grains(third main factor)
         this are the three main factors for the rise in price of grains
