the message that poet want to Convey is that pride has no place in this world.
such as in this poem the king was very boasting , haughty and cruel king he was but what is the result the two trunkless vast legs on the sand . nothing besides remain everything was ruined.

In this poem it is been seen that ozymandias is kings of kings but his great work do not seen after his death his status is been broken down into pieces on an antique land. So over confidence is not good but confidence is good message given from the poem.
