Hey mate !!!

Answer :-

One number = -15/7

let other number be x

Sum = 4/35

=> -15/7 + x = 4/35

=> x = 4/35+ 15/7

=> x = 4+75/35 (since LCM of 35,7)

=>x = 79/35

Other number to be added is 79/35.
