Here, given points is/are on Y-axis, so its x- cordinate will be 0. So, point is look like (0,y).
Now, if we apply distance formula between (0,y) and (-8,4) so it will be under root of 64 + (4-y)^2
So, (4-y)^2 value must be 36 so these distance between this teo point is 10.
For that difference between 4 and y should be 6, so your y can be either 10 or -2.
So, answer is (0,-2) and (0,10).
