ans 7 Human ear is made up of three main parts

1.outer ear

2.middle ear

3.inner ear

The outer ear is the part that is visible to us from outside. It is called the pinna. It receives and collects the sound wave. It leads into a narrow tube known as the ear canal. At the end of the ear canal is a thin membrane called ear drum. The middle ear consists of three interlinked bones ( Hammer, anvil, stirrup). The ear drum starts vibrating as soon as it receives the vibration and three bones present in the ear amplify these vibrations and send them to the inner ear.

The inner ear consists of a coil shaped stretcher called cochlea that is filled with a fluid. The sound vibrations converted into electrical impulse and sent them to the brain through the auditory nerve. The brain interprets this signals as sound
