human capital:human capital is the investment of money in humans for their studies and in their healthcare such as investment in studies can provide back a higher source of income in the form of salary or the individuals wish.
human resource:we all know that human resource is essential for human capital money,things are not useful if there are no humans first of all humans are also a resource for the country back in the decade,the population of India was considered a liability than an asset

For decades, the term Human Resources captured the need to manage the humans that were employed, and they were wisely considered (company) resources.
I noticed the change in the 90’s, when the software that helped companies manage the Human Resources, was known as HCM. HCM stood for Human Capital Management.
Capital implies value that is held on to, whereas Resources implies the employees have value, but we exploit them. So Capital sounds better.
