he should buy some 6 packets of sweets in which contains 10 each and if he buys only 5 packets it may not be sufficient for his friends that is 53 friends .That's the reason he should buy 6 packets

if Amrit figures for the nearest 10 it would not be enough as there would be only 50 sweets ...
it is ideal to round off to the nearest hundreds...
