What significant role had been played by duke in chucks life?

Duke was a wonderful dog. Chuck met with an accident once and his left
side was paralysed due to it. And it was the wonderful dog duke who
helped Chuck recover. Duke used to drag Chuck and literally forced him
to go for short walks. Chuck couldn't walk properly as his left side was
fully paralysed. But little by little Duke increased the distance of
their walks. And one day Chuck went to his office without talking Duke's
help. It's so good to see how animals wait a sec calling Duke as an
animal will be rude as Duke was a part of Chuck's family, helped his
master to recover. But after a few days Duke died in an accident.
