The postmaster is a kind man he don't want to shake lencho's faith from God that's why he collects the Money from the whole employees and he as well donated.Even lecho called him a buch of crooks

When postmaster came to know that Lencho had written a letter to God and had asked for 100 pesos,he decides to help Lencho. He along with other post officers gather 70 pesos and put them into an envelope alongwith a letter signed by God.
