For everyone who didn’t understood what he meant by ‘collector’, I would like to clarify he meant to be district collector, which is IAS officer - Indian Administrative Officer. It is a non-political post and is something similar to Mayor of a town but higher in rank.
You need to study every subject till graduation just to make sure you do good in academics. Give proper attention to civics as a subject because this will be an added advantage. You may select Arts as a subject after schooling, but Science or Commerce also will do just fine. Post Graduation you may prepare and appear for IAS exams.
