Cry more and more .........
as much as you can you will feel better and also your eyes will get clean.
Ok so coming to the point...
Put some water on your wrist
Wash your face with cold water.
Close your eyes and massage them softly.
Apply some ice on your eyes.

You should to be leave free your body,
Sit down and try to wash your eye with cool water.
Or The other way you should be lying on your bed. And call your mom dad brother or sister for your help.
