As a tchr i want to make all the children be responsible towards the nation. I would like to make them as swords of the nation. I would like to make them to bear fruits that which tends to the development of the nation

The important change is to stop the smartest in the first bench theory. Students who want help or are down in studies shiuld sit infront cause sitting infront really helps children. So, obviously students who want help should sit in front.
Second stop comparing and stop discriminating, teachers even without knowing discrimate children by having a mindset that smart children are good leaders, speakkrs and the only one who likes the teacher. Well no the child can like or hate that teacher, they maybe good in studies but not in writing. Sothey have to accept all children and their differences.
Third give importance to values cause education is about spreading light.
Teach them how to deal with their life.
Next, teaching about friendship stop telling kids to have friends according to their standards because friendship is powerful and when a bright student is a good friend of a dull student obviously dullness changes into brightness.
Giving equal attention to all.
Be a role model to students.
Make girls and boys in a healthy relationship.
