what type of changes you want in yourself as a teacher to cater the need of changing society and leaner

Heya friend,
As a teacher I would focus on making my pupils learn and understand the topic rather than just making them mug them up. I would also rather focus on teaching them practically than just merely making them understand through textbooks. Nowadays we see that many children are not getting attention from their teachers and that's why they lose interest in studies but I unlike others would try to give attention to each pupil. I would instill good habits in them to be a well mannered person.I would do these things if I were a teacher to cater the need of changing society and leaner.
