After Aurangzeb's farman. The company was given the right to trade diety free but the official of the company were also hot pain Duty for his private trade this was causing huge loss of revenue for Bengal.

The nawaabs refuse to grant concession, to the company, denied it any right to mint coins and stopped it from extending it fortification.

The nawaabs climbed that the company was refusing to pay taxes writing disrespectful letters and trying to humiliate the nawabs.
