Answer:the main reason for the conflict between the mughal and the ahoms are-

1. The kingdom of Koch- Hajo before coming of mughals was under ahom control but in 1690, the mughal defeated the Parikshit and took control over the kingdom of Koch- Hajo, kamrup and kochbihar area.

2. After this ,the mughals started invading the ahom kingdom and darrang.

3. The Mughals wanted to extend their empire and occupy the ahoms wheres the ahoms kingSDoms wanted to capture Kamrup which was occupied by the Mughals.
