What were your thoughts/views about masculinity before reading the chapter and watching the above video and images? Has your thinking changed after doing this assignment? Give reason for the same.class 7 growing up as boys and girls​

Answer: masculinity is good it has pros and cons.

Explanation:

PROS

Men that are masculine tend to show a brave face you lean on them and they are like your rock kind of. Like you cry on their shoulder unlike feminine men where you may cry together. Masculine men know how to hold themselves together and normally put you first care about your safety and protection. Lets say you here someone in the home they are more likely to tell you to stay put and check it out so you don't come across any danger before them. They would prefer to get you a gift before you even think about getting you one most of the time they may think its a sign of weakness or your topping them. Most feminine men are probably gay or are like that for many different reasons some may be traumatic

CONS

These type of men also have a hard time showing emotion ,opening up or telling you how they feel. Most of them can be sensitive in the inside without you even knowing. They tend to bottle up which can cause major issues for themselves such as depression and so on. It normally takes a long time for them to let you in due to maybe trust issues or a broken heart, but this doesn't mean they will never open up it just takes time and patience.
