there will be increase in number of RBC as there will be higher blood circulation in hilly areas than any other areas.

Since there is need of high oxygen requirement in hilly areas, as we know there is very moderate amount of oxygen present at hilly areas, to complete accomplishment of oxygen in our body our body produce large number of RBC
