Ans.

Nucleotides are building blocks of DNA as DNA is polymer of nucleotides. Two strands of DNA make a double-helical structure of DNA, in which sugar-phosphate backbone is present at outside of the helix and nucleotide bases are found inside of the helix.

A complete turn of DNA helix is composed of ten nucleotide pairs. Each nucleotide unit is measured as 3.4 Å and the length of one complete turn of helix is 34 Å (3.4 X 10= 34).

Thus, 'the length of eukaryotic DNA fragment, with 10 pairs of nucleotide will be 34 Å.'
