Let albert's age be x.

Now Sam's age is x+4 as given in condition 1.

Since Albert's present age is 20(From condition 2), Sams's age will be x+4 or 20+4=24.

This also satisfies the third condition as 20:24 is nothing but 5:6.

Now we need ratio after 5 years. So add 5 to both their ages. Therefore their ages after 5 years will be 25(Albert) and 29(Sam).

So the ratio is equal to 25:29.
