Answer:

x²+7x+10

=x²+2x+5x+10

=x(x+2)+5(x+2)

=(x+2)(x+5)

now, either x+2=0 or x+5=0

so, x= -2 and x= -5

now sum of zeroes =(-2)+(-5)

= -2-5

= -7

Answer:

Your answer is

Step-by-step explanation:

x²+7x+10=0

x²+5x+2x+10=0

x(x+5)+2(x+5)=0

(x+5)(x+2)=0

x=-5,-2

so α= -5

β= -2

So, the sum of zeroes

α+β= -b/a

-5-2=-7/1

so, sum of zeroes is -7

HOPE IT IS HELPFUL.......
