The golgi apparatus packages proteins into vesicles inside of the cell before sending them to their destinations.

The secretory activities of the cell would also cease to occur.

Also, if there is no golgi apparatus, the plasma membrane would be affected because it needs to be able to grow larger for cell division.

⚫In absence of golgi apparatus the cells will not be able to synthesize something new completely as packaging is done by Golgi apparatus.
⚫So no secretions would happen.
